Frames is an app that evolves the art market, giving everybody the possibility to invest on digitized works of authorship.

Homely is a concept app that allows people to rent DIY tools. Users can pick up and return tools from designated locations using a QR code.

Ability allows users to report architectural barriers by taking photos and submitting them with AI recognition. Users can categorize, edit, and add notes to their reports, helping to monitor and address accessibility issues in their municipality.

About Me

I'm Marco a 25y/o Product Designer, Mobile/Software Engineer and Computer Engineering student whose mission is to help enthusiastic founders and companies in building accurate products in both design and software features.

I love technology, design, trekking and traveling. I'm always cheerful and ready to face every obstacle with great tenacity. While I was studying computer science at technical high school, I continued to practice redesigning my favorite apps and posting the final results on Dribbble every day.

In 2015, my text-based quick response design went viral. After a few months, all mobile operating systems implemented this new feature. Also, in that year, I got in the Top 365 Awesome Designers ranking and in 2019 in the Top 50 Italian User Interface Designers.

Now, I help enthusiastic founders and companies, especially those in the pre-seed phase, in building accurate products in both design and software features, including creating MVP apps or websites to validate their ideas quickly.

Experiences

Spods Studio

I designed and developed Dreamind, a Flutter tailor-made app that aims to upgrade your dreaming journey. It made it into the Top 5 in the App Store's 'Health and Fitness' category and also into the Top 150 of the general Italian national ranking of free apps.

I designed and developed the first MVP of Frames and the pitch for investors. Frames was an NFT marketplace to buy fractions of the largest cultural assets. I was honoured to receive an invitation at the Banca di Piacenza from President Corrado Sforza Fogliani to collaborate and discuss the future of the project. Unfortunately, this opportunity was prematurely terminated due to Corrado's death a few months later. I have done various commissioned works, websites and a Windows software to create customised quotations.

Dribbble

I have been publishing concepts and content on Dribbble since I was 14 years old. The "Text Quick Response"" one went rapidly viral. After this episode, I met talented designers who helped me with my personal growth. I got to know people much bigger than me and thanks to their constructive criticisms I had the opportunity to improve myself.

Caffeina | Ideas Never Sleep

For family reasons, I turned down an internship proposal from Caffeina when I was 15. In 2017 Tiziano Tassi and Henry Sichel made me a new proposal and, by good luck, I was able to do a school-to-work exchange with them. I was immediately included in the design team and treated like one of their own, despite my young age. I worked on the design of the new SMEG website and on a service design site that Caffeina intended to use internally. It was a great experience that helped me mature and allowed me to get to know many people.
